We work toward the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as our reference standard. We do not claim to be certified, audited, or "100% compliant" — accessibility is ongoing work and we want to hear when we get it wrong.
1.What we've built in
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Semantic landmarks and a logical heading order on each page.
- Full keyboard operation for navigation, forms, dialogs and checkout.
- A visible focus ring on every interactive element.
- Labels on every form field, not just placeholder text.
- Errors announced in text — never color alone.
- Alt text support on product, artwork and editorial imagery.
- Contrast targeted at or above 4.5:1 for body text on our black and charcoal surfaces.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 200% browser zoom and on small screens.
- Reduced-motion support: animations and transitions are minimized when your system asks for it.
2.Known limitations
The custom apparel canvas and the DTF gang sheet builder are visual, drag-and-drop tools, and parts of them are difficult to operate without a pointer. If you need help placing artwork or laying out a sheet, email us and we will build it with you and send a proof for approval — at no extra charge.
3.Third-party components
Checkout is rendered by Stripe and embedded maps or social embeds, where used, come from their providers. We do not control their accessibility, but we will help you complete any purchase another way if a third-party component blocks you.
4.Report a barrier
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
We can also take an order or book an appointment for you directly by email if the site is not working for you.
