Custom Apparel & Artwork Policy

What you're confirming when you upload artwork, and what to expect from a printed garment.

Effective August 15, 2026 · Version 2026-08-15

Custom work is made from files you supply. This page covers the rights you confirm, the approval process, and the normal production variation that comes with printing on fabric.

1.You confirm you have the rights

By uploading artwork, a photo or a logo you represent that you own it or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce it on the products you ordered. Before you upload, you must check the box confirming this — we record the confirmation with a timestamp and a reference to your design or order.

We cannot print counterfeit goods or infringe someone's trademark or copyright on your behalf.

2.Content we will not print

  • Counterfeit branding or unauthorized use of another company's marks.
  • Copyrighted characters, photos or designs you do not have permission to use.
  • Unlawful content, threats, or content that harasses or targets a person or group.
  • Anything we reasonably believe violates the law or a third party's rights.

3.We may decline a job

We may refuse or cancel a custom job we reasonably believe breaks the rules above, and we will refund the amount charged for the declined work. Declining or accepting a job is not a legal opinion — you remain responsible for having the rights to what you submit.

4.Color, placement and garment variation

Monitors are backlit; fabric is not. Printed colors will not match your screen exactly, and garment dye lots, blank brands and fabric textures vary between runs.

Print placement is set by hand and machine within normal production tolerance — typically about a half inch of variance in position and slight size variation. Prints on heather, tri-blend or dark garments can read differently than on white cotton. Variation within these tolerances is not a defect.

5.Proofs and approval

When a job needs a proof, we send one before printing. Approving a proof means you have checked spelling, names, numbers, sizing and placement. After approval, errors in the approved content are the customer's responsibility. We are happy to reprint at cost in that situation, but it is not a free reprint.

6.Returns on custom work

Personalized and custom-printed items, DTF transfers and gang sheets are made to order and are not returnable except for defects or errors caused by Limitless Visions Studio. Defects or mistakes attributable to us are covered — see Returns, Refunds & Exchanges. Report issues within 7 days with photos.

7.Storage of your files

You consent to us storing your uploaded files so we can produce your order, resolve problems and reprint it if you reorder, as described in the Privacy Policy. Files are private by default and are never published without your permission. To request deletion, email us from your account address; we may keep the order record itself for tax and accounting purposes.

8.Questions before you order

Not sure whether your file will print well, or whether you have the rights? Email limitlessvision26@gmail.com or pricesrus@gmail.com before you place the order.
