The Limitless Visions Studio name and logo, the site design and code, our photography, copy and original in-house designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them to brand your own products without written permission.

Artwork, logos and photos you upload remain the property of you or the rights holder you represent. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not license them to anyone else.

To do the job, you grant Limitless Visions Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize for output, print and ship your uploaded content solely to fulfill the order you placed and any reorder you request. We do not use it for marketing, portfolio or public display unless you give separate permission.

You confirm you own or have permission to reproduce everything you submit. See the Custom Apparel & Artwork Policy and the indemnity section of the Terms.

If you believe content on this site, or something we printed, infringes your copyright or trademark, email us with:

• Identification of the work or mark you own.
• The URL, product or order where it appears.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review reports promptly and may remove content, cancel a job or refuse future work while we investigate. We have not registered a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, so this is our direct contact path rather than a formal designated-agent filing.

If your content was removed or a job was declined and you believe you do hold the rights, reply with your evidence of ownership or authorization and we will re-review.
