Barber Booking & Service Terms

You must create and sign in to a customer account to use this benefit. The first 3 eligible haircuts per customer account are free. After that, the standard Haircut price is $20.00.

This is a customer benefit, not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews and nothing is auto-charged. Your redemption count is tracked on our server against your account, so signing out, clearing your browser or reloading the page does not reset it.

• One benefit per person and per account. It is not transferable and has no cash value.
• Only services marked as eligible count toward the free cuts — other services are priced separately.
• We may take reasonable steps to prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts, including declining a free redemption where we believe the benefit is being abused.
• An admin can correct a redemption count; every correction is logged with the reason and who made it.

Prices come from the studio's live service list and can change:

Deposits hold your chair time. Deposits are applied to your service total and are refundable only when you cancel before the cancellation cutoff.

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancelling inside the cutoff may forfeit your deposit.

There is a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than that may mean a shortened service to protect the next client's time, or a rescheduled appointment treated under the no-show rule.

Missing an appointment without notice, or arriving after the grace period, may forfeit any deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

A parent or legal guardian must book the appointment, provide consent and be present for clients under 18. Accounts are for adults; a guardian manages a minor's booking through their own account.

Please reschedule if you are unwell or have a scalp or skin condition that could be aggravated or transmitted. We may decline or stop a service for health, safety or conduct reasons.

We will talk through what you want before we start, but hair type, density, growth pattern, prior cuts and color all affect the outcome. We cannot guarantee an exact match to a reference photo. If something is off, tell us before you leave the chair and we will adjust it where we can.

Depending on the service, payment may be a deposit, full prepayment, or in person. Prepaid amounts are processed by Stripe under the Terms of Sale.
