SMS features are not currently active. We are not sending automated text messages at this time and there is no SMS opt-in on the site. This page is published so the rules are clear if and when texting is turned on.
1.Two different things
Transactional texts relate to something you already asked for — an order is ready for pickup, an appointment reminder, a delivery update. They are only sent to the number you gave us for that order or booking.
Marketing texts promote drops, sales or services. They are a separate program and require a separate, affirmative opt-in.
2.Consent is never a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to marketing texts to buy anything or to book an appointment. Any SMS marketing checkbox will be unchecked by default, separate from the terms agreement, and separate from email marketing. We never pre-check it.
3.STOP and HELP
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us using the addresses below.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.Your number and your privacy
We do not sell your phone number. See the Privacy Policy for how contact data is handled and how to request deletion.
5.Changing your mind
You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional messages about an order or appointment you have in progress.
