Privacy Policy

Depending on what you do on the site, we may handle:

• Account & profile data — email, name, phone, sign-in credentials managed by our authentication provider.
• Contact data — the email and phone you give us for order updates.
• Shipping & pickup information — delivery address, ZIP code used to calculate local delivery, pickup preference.
• Order information — items, quantities, prices, order status and production notes.
• Barber appointment information — service selected, date and time, notes you provide, deposit status.
• Uploaded artwork and photos — files you upload for custom apparel or DTF sheets, plus their dimensions and quality metadata.
• Custom designs — garment, color, size, placement and layout data you build in the customizer or sheet builder.
• Device & technical information — IP address, browser type and basic request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Payment-related information — handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we receive confirmation, amounts and limited identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Customer support communications — emails and messages you send us.
• Favorites and cart data — saved on your device and, when you are signed in, in your account.
• Marketing preferences — only if you opt in.

• To provide the services you asked for and fulfill orders.
• To schedule, confirm and manage barber appointments.
• To take payment and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and duplicate-account abuse of customer benefits.
• To provide customer support and resolve problems with an order or a print.
• To keep the site working, secure and reasonably fast, and to improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• For marketing only where you have opted in or where the law otherwise allows it.

We use vendors to run the business. They only receive what they need for their function, and they are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing:

• Payment processing — Stripe.
• Hosting, database and file storage — our cloud platform provider.
• Shipping carriers — when your order ships.
• Communications — email delivery for order and account notices.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Files you upload for custom apparel or DTF sheets are stored privately and are used to produce and, if you ask, reproduce your order. We do not publish your artwork in our gallery, on social media, or anywhere else unless you or an authorized representative of your brand intentionally publishes it or gives us permission. We keep order, appointment and payment records as long as needed to run the business and to satisfy tax, accounting and legal obligations. Uploaded artwork is retained so you can reorder, until you ask us to delete it or your account is closed. Consent records (for example, your agreement to these terms at checkout) are kept as an append-only history so both sides can rely on what was agreed and when.

We use access controls, row-level database security and encrypted connections, and payment card data is handled by Stripe rather than by us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update account details from your account page, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information or uploaded artwork. Email limitlessvision26@gmail.com or pricesrus@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what you need.

Where applicable state privacy law gives you rights — such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or the right to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising — we will honor them within the timeframes that law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

This is a general-audience site and it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create standalone website accounts for them. A parent or legal guardian must book, attend and manage any haircut appointment for a minor and provides that appointment information on the child's behalf. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

When we update this policy we change the version and effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect wherever practical.
