Terms of Use & Sale

Using the site, placing orders, and what each side is responsible for.

Effective August 15, 2026 · Version 2026-08-15

These terms apply when you browse this site, create an account, place an order, upload artwork or book an appointment with Limitless Visions Studio in Tucson, Arizona. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1.Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.

2.Guest shopping

You can currently check out for apparel, custom prints and DTF transfers as a guest by providing a name and email for order updates. An account is required for the barber free-haircut benefit described in the Barber Terms.

3.Accurate information

Shipping addresses, pickup ZIP codes, contact details, sizes, colors and artwork specifications are supplied by you. We produce and ship based on what you submit and approve.

4.Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and can change before an order is placed. Applicable Arizona sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout. Local delivery fees are calculated from the delivery rules configured in our system and are shown before you pay. Shipping charges, when they apply, are shown at checkout.

5.Payment authorization

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including product totals, fulfillment fees, deposits and tax. We do not receive or store your full card number.

6.Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel an order — including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or artwork we reasonably believe violates the law or someone else's rights. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion. Once production of a custom or DTF item has started, cancellation may not be possible.

7.Availability and promotions

Stock, garment brands, colorways and services can change. Promotions, coupons and limited-time pricing may have conditions, may be limited to one per customer or account, and may be ended or corrected if they were published in error or are being abused.

8.Our intellectual property

The Limitless Visions Studio name, logo, site design, photography and original product artwork belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without permission. See the Copyright & IP page.

9.Your uploads

You keep ownership of the artwork, logos and photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, print and reproduce them solely to produce your order and any reorder you request. You confirm you own the content or have permission to reproduce it. Details are in the Custom Apparel & Artwork Policy.

10.Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading counterfeit, infringing or unlawful content.
  • Attempting to break, probe or overload the site or its payment flow.
  • Creating duplicate or false accounts to claim a benefit more than once.
  • Fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse or impersonation.
  • Harassing our staff or other customers, in person or online.

11.Custom products look different than screens

Screen colors, garment dye lots, fabric texture and print placement vary within normal production tolerances. Reasonable variation is not a defect. When a proof is provided and you approve it, that approval covers spelling, layout and placement.

12.DTF transfers

DTF transfers are a press-it-yourself product. Results depend on your garment, equipment and technique. See the DTF Transfer & Gang Sheet Terms.

13.Barber services

Appointments, deposits, cancellation and no-show rules, and the free-haircut benefit are covered by the Barber Booking & Service Terms.

14.Third-party services

Payment, hosting, email and shipping are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for a carrier's handling once a package leaves our hands, though we will help you pursue a claim.

15.Disclaimers

Except where the law does not allow it, the site and its content are provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here disclaims a warranty or right that cannot legally be disclaimed, and nothing limits our responsibility for a defective or misprinted product we produced.

16.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by us, or anything else that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

17.Indemnity for uploaded content

You agree to cover our reasonable losses, including legal costs, arising from a claim that artwork or text you submitted infringes someone's rights or is unlawful, to the extent the claim results from what you supplied.

18.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We would rather solve problems directly, so please contact us first. If that fails, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona; you may also use small claims court where it has jurisdiction. Nothing here waives a consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive class actions.

19.Changes to these terms

The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the terms that applied when you agreed at checkout. Your recorded consent references that version.
