Every timeframe on this page is an estimate. The fulfillment options and charges shown at checkout for your specific order are what control.
1.Production time
2-5 business days for most orders; custom and DTF work may take longer.
2.Shipping
Typically 3-7 business days in transit after shipment. All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Transit times are set by the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays and carrier delays. We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available; you will see it on your order.
3.Your address is your responsibility
Packages are sent to the address you enter. If an address is wrong or incomplete and the package is returned or lost, we can reship at your cost. Check your address before you pay.
4.Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking stalls or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents:
We will open a carrier claim where possible and work with you on a replacement or refund.
5.Tucson pickup
You will receive a notice when your order is ready for Tucson pickup.

Bring your order number and a photo ID matching the name on the order. Pickup details come from our admin settings and are updated as they change.
6.Tucson local delivery
Local delivery is available to eligible ZIP codes near 85719. The fee is calculated from the delivery rules configured in our system:
- Rate: $5.00 per mile from 85719
- Minimum fee: $5.00
- Maximum radius: 25 miles
Enter your ZIP in the cart to see your exact fee before checkout. Outside the radius, choose shipping or pickup. Delivery is scheduled with you once the order is ready; we do not guarantee a specific delivery hour.
